Larry, Steph, and Charlie were very informative, they have a lot of passion for their work. I felt very safe with them! They knew exactly where to take us. Their number one priority was our experienc…Full review by Melanie G

After having two of our excursions canceled, we stumbled upon this amazing Company on the docks. Due to their larger boats they were able to handle the rougher waters when the other companies were f…Full review by John C
Our ship arrives at 2:30. Do you think we'd be able to make the 3pm tour?

If you're able to get off the ship by 2:30, yes. The concern would be that if your ship is a bit late or you can't off-board right away, you might miss the trip. It would definitely be a gamble. …
If you're able to get off the ship by 2:30, yes. The concern would be that if your ship is a bit late or you can't off-board right away, you might miss the trip. It would definitely be a gamble. We got off our ship, took a shuttle provided by the cruiseline to the Mt Robert's tramway center (5-10 min ride), but once there, the tour operators are a minute's walk.
If our ship is supposed to arrive at 8AM, is it plenty of time for us to make the 10:15 tour time??
A:
Hello! Yes, plenty of time. Our meeting point is right in town close to all the the cruise ship docks. Let us know if there is anything more we can assist you with, Rosie @ Alaska Tales

Do we have to spend the whole 4.5 hours fixed time or you can plan your time accordingly.
A:
You have free time at the Mendenhall Glacier to explore on your own, but once you're on the boat, you're there the whole time. But the time just flies by. It's so much fun and so much to see.
Hi - just wondering - what is the bus transportation like for the Juneau Wildlife Whale Watching & Mendenhall Glacier excursion? Is the bus equipped with bathroom, or is it a smaller type of bus? Thank you!
A:
It’s an old school bus painted lime green no amenities. It’s only about a 20 minute ride to the glacier from downtown
