I will say this-- the whole time we were at the canyon, I didn't see one helicopter go over, so that was weird. The Grand Canyon tour company, however, had informative and respectful staff, were punctual and well organized, and very safety conscious. I think you'll be happy with the experience. If you were to go by bus to the Canyon, it is like a 5 hour bus ride, and you don't get a lot of time at the canyon, you will definitely see a lot more from a helicopter.
Hi I went on a tour to the south rim , route 66 , Hoover dam excursion , lake Powell cruise , Bryce canyon and trecking in Zion national park. We had an Italian , English speaking guide with an assistant lady. I went on this tour in august 2014. I wonder whether its possible to get the name of guides who fits the description. He was a very good guide and I am unable to trace him. Thanks

If you want to be sure about pick up choose the hotel from the list of the pick up. It was somewhere on their webpage.

The Tour company is bit lacksidal in their attitude. You might have to call them to confirm. Yes I understand it means an international call, but it would be worth it for your peace of mind.
