can I swim at the boat house ? can I fish of the end of the docks ? Is their tables or seats for family's to sit and enjoy the broad lake view and enjoy their own food they bring ? Do you promote alcohol in this public boat house ?

Can't answer all of your questions but I do know there are tables to sit at and to the best of my knowledge no prohibition against bringing a picnic of your own. I recall seeing people fishing so I do not believe there is a prohibition against that. Not sure on the alcohol issue. I was there one time for an event on the second floor and they served glasses of wine but I think it was catered rather then purchased from a business that operates out of there. I would guess there is no swimming due to conflicts with boats in and our of the marina attached to the dock. I see you are from South Burlington so I suspect you could find out easily by contacting Burlington city hall on Monday.
