Beautiful square in Dresden with some amazing architecture. We were fortunate we were there when reasonably quiet but can see it would be a very busy area for many gatherings, events.Full review by tomalli68

How far is this square from the train station? Any recommended hotels on/near Square?
A:
It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. It is flat but through the city much of it is a pedestrian area of stores including a Holiday Inn Express. An Ibis hotel is next to the Markt also.
