Hello David. No fees to enter or park at the Garden of the Gods because the children of Charles Elliott Perkins donated it to the city in 1909 and wanted it to remain free. However our group took the trolley tour and you do have costs on that. We really enjoyed that, the tour guide Sidewinder and the information he shared was wonderful. Hope this helps!

I'm not local. Best bet is to call the Visitors Center and ask. When it does snow up there it's beautiful but it melts fast. The rocks retain some warmth especially if the sun is bright.
