The Canada National Parks description of the level of difficulty and the duration of how long it takes on average is excellent. We did not give ourselves enough time so only did 2 hikes, the short tablelands hike and the Green Gardens. If you can walk two hours then you should consider green gardens. It has some significant elevation change from around 700 m down to 40 m then all the way back up. Well maintained trail and the green garden is stunning.
