Hi. Happy New Year! How difficult is the walking on the stairs? Are there handrails for support? I walk several miles on the treadmill and on an incline, but I am a bit concerned. Thank you!! Darlene
A:
Walking is not too difficult. There are rope rails the entire way. It is a long walk, and you will get wet along the way. Then you’ll get drenched at the destination, but it’s well worth it. Enjoy!
I have planed to visit Iguzu during 13-15 December , where should I visit around there and which activities I must select ?
A:
It will be hot so plan accordingly. Do the available trails at the park and take the boat rides that take you to the base of the falls. You WILL get very wet but it is worth the ride.

Ignore the people who said it doesn’t get windy. It all depends on what time of year and time of day you are visiting. When we went in January around midday it got fairly windy and lots of spray all over. This was on the Argentina side. We took photos on our camera until the wind picked up and then switched to phone. You’ll definitely want to get some sort of waterproofing if you want to take pics at the falls. There are many places in the park where you can take pics without any concerns though.
Is there luggage storage inside the park if we come directly from the airport?
A:

You should be able to leave your bag though a better idea is to arrange with the taxi driver at the airport to collect you again and to hold the luggage for you. I would advise trying to arrange this before you land as they may try to sting you at the airport. If you are actually staying in Iguacu then I personally would be inclined to get to the hotel and leave the luggage there - you can get cheap buses to the Falls from both sides of the border (Brazil and Argentina).
