I want to book a tour in January and give it as a Christmas gift for my sister in law. She has bad knees and can't do stairs (a couple okay, but not a staircase) are there stairs to climb during this tour?

There is a fairly steep staircase to climb in order to see 4 rooms on the 2nd floor.
