We put in in the Lake Powell marina - we each dragged our kayak the short distance down from where they unloaded them from the truck to the water, and our guide (with a …

We put in in the Lake Powell marina - we each dragged our kayak the short distance down from where they unloaded them from the truck to the water, and our guide (with a coworker) hauled all the kayaks back up to the truck afterwards. Where we put in was shallow and our guide helped each person into their kayak and also helped each person out and back in when we stopped for the hike & swim. Very little work on our part, other than the paddling itself, and I appreciated their care for our safety getting in and out of the kayaks!
