I went to the site of the museum and they have a virtual visit button. Although the site is all in Spanish, I could see in the pictures that, contrary to what I said, there is in fact a translation into English to all exhibitions. I did not notice when I was there. Also, even if the first floor is closed, I am sure they moved the pieces to another floor. On top of all that, it costs only 1.50 euros for the visit, and only the exhibitions on porcelain and tiles are worth the entry fee.
