You can access both, but you have to do this one first. Then you get a coupon to do the smaller one over the next year. For travelers, they should tell you this, but they don’t and we …
You can access both, but you have to do this one first. Then you get a coupon to do the smaller one over the next year. For travelers, they should tell you this, but they don’t and we found out the hard way by trying to use our purchased ticket at the other one and we’re turned away until we had a printout from the place where we bought our original tickets.

Hi There, the San Genaro catacombs took over an hour but it can be longer depending on how inquisitive the guests are. Then a walk to the Gaudioso took 15 mins. The Gaudioso catacombs are only open in the morning so we couldn’t take the visit but it might be the same. Hope it helps.

In 2009 a decision was made, together with the Tutti a Scuola association, to remove all the architectural barriers and to create walkways and ramps, so that the site could be accessible to everyone.
