Meg. There is a lot of beauty and scenery to take in along the 7.2 mile stretch. Depending on your pace anywhere from 3.5 hours to 4.0 hours. I highly recommend the Dipsea map available on Amazon for $8.95. Made by a local guy Tom Harrison. Take lots of water and snacks. Enjoy! Grab a bite at the Parkside Cafe at Stinson Beach before catching a ride back to Mill Valley. Also check out the Dipsea website for photos and info about the race.
