Champion Township is a civil township of Marquette County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the township population was 250, down from 297 in 2010. The township is in northwestern Marquette County. The unincorporated community of Champion is in the southwest corner of the township. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 124.87 square miles, of which 120.89 square miles is land and 3.98 square miles, or 3.19%, are water.
