Doing a roadtrip next weekend of several National parks...How long should we plan on staying? Is an hour enough (including film and audio of murals) or should we block out 2 hours?

I would definitely stay for 2 hours. There is a lot to see on the grounds all around the park, plus if brave enough there are other locations outside of the park like Harrison's home …

There is a lot to see on the grounds all around the park, plus if brave enough there are other locations outside of the park like Harrison's home Grouseland and a small state historic site. surrounding the park is the Old cathedral and monument mural bridge, which is cool and takes you into IL.
