Yes- Landa is dog friendly. They provide Poop bags and dogs need to be on a leash at all times and you need to pick up after your dog. I always stay on the perimeter of the walking path. Its a beautiful place. Enjoy!!! There is plenty of parking. There is one bathroom area that you could change out of a wet bathing suit- but it is still just a bathroom.
Is there a place to change out of your wet clothes? If we don't plan on getting in the water is there still a good amount of things we can do?

Yes plenty of places to change out of wet clothes and tons of things to do, they have a little train that takes you on tour of Landa Park, they walking paths, playgrounds, picnic areas it’s a great park! They have a public swimming pool and natural swimming pool believe it’s only $5 to get in to both.
