Fantastic! We did both sides of 2 days preferred the east side better hikes. More saguaros on west side. Films in both visitor centers well worth it!Full review by Lorrie P

The interstate goes right through Tucson and the NP has both a west and an east section. Either one is only about 30 to 45 min. max from the highway to the visitor center in each section …

The interstate goes right through Tucson and the NP has both a west and an east section. Either one is only about 30 to 45 min. max from the highway to the visitor center in each section Try putting in your map app on a smart phone - Tucson to the Red Hills Visitor Center (West part of the NP). You'll get a good number that is likely in that range.

King Canyon trail is very nice but quite rocky. Parking is very close to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum which is also excellent.
