I recommend the jitty #10 from downtown Nassau - $1.50 each person - cash only --- get off at the Fish Fry bus stop pass Fort Charlotte, notice the sign for the garden --- follow the sidewalk uphill - at the top of the hill in the curve of the road look to your right -- you'll see the entrance to the garden

The buses line up right across from the cruise terminal. Ask the guards on your way out. There are different numbered lines and they all end up there.
