The uniform's helmet features a matte yellow finish and a grey facemask inspired by Steelers uniforms from the 1930s and 1960s. The yellow lids will deviate from the black helmets that have been the norm for the team in recent years (Pittsburgh hasn't donned yellow helmets since 2011).

The Pittsburgh Steelers revealed a new throwback uniform on Monday, debuting a look that leans heavily on the first attire worn by the original Steelers in 1933, back when they were known as the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The uniform is a new design that pays tribute to the 1933 season when Steelers football began. According to the press release, the Steelers will wear the uniforms on October 26 when the Steelers take on the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football.
