Luigi Mangione, accused of killing United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson, is facing charges of stalking -- travel interstate commerce, stalking -- use of interstate facilities, murder through use of firearm and a firearm offense.

Luigi Mangione was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury on one count of murder with a firearm, another firearms offense and two counts of stalking. If convicted as charged, he would be eligible for the death penalty.

The court appearance today for accused CEO killer Luigi Mangione in Manhattan has been postponed, and his arraignment will take place next week.
