Maryland Gov. Wes Moore said Wednesday that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who the Trump administration admitted was deported to El Salvador by mistake, is entitled to a court hearing.

President Trump’s aides have dug in on insisting that Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia was lawfully sent to a prison in El Salvador after the administration had admitted to an “administrative error.”

The Trump administration continues to resist a judge's orders to provide information on efforts to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the U.S. from El Salvador.
