The Supreme Court ruled Thursday the U.S. must facilitate the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador and imprisoned.

The DOJ says the whereabouts of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland-based Salvadoran immigrant wrongfully deported to an El Salvador last month, are unknown.

The Trump administration told a judge on Saturday that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man deported to El Salvador in error, is still in a prison in that country.
