Harjinder Singh, accused of causing a Florida Turnpike crash that killed three South Floridians, signed extradition papers Tuesday.

Florida state troopers obtained a criminal arrest warrant for truck driver, Harjinder Singh, on three felony counts of vehicular homicide.

A truck driver was charged with vehicular homicide and detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement after an illegal U-turn that killed three people in St. Lucie County, the Florida Department
