John Korir overcame an early fall to win the 2025 Boston Marathon, finishing without a bib but with another World Major victory.

Six months after claiming the top spot on the podium at the Chicago Marathon, John Korir toed the start line of his third Boston Marathon feeling good about his chances for another strong performance.

Korir pulled away to take down a world-class field in spectacular fashion with a finishing time of 2:04:45, the second-fastest winning time in the race’s history.
