A federal judge has ordered the administration of President Donald Trump to facilitate the return of a second man sent to a prison in El Salvador back to the United States, saying his deportation violated a court settlement.

A judge ruled Wednesday that the Trump administration must facilitate the return of a 20-year-old migrant, who was deported last month, because his removal violated a class action lawsuit settled last year.

The judge cited Judge Xinis’ order in the Abrego Garcia case to order the Trump administration to “facilitate” another return.
