After an incredible run in LIDOM that culminated in him hitting a game-winning home run in the championship series, Tampa Bay Rays youngster Junior Caminero earned league MVP honors.

Playing this winter for the hometown Escogido team he grew up rooting for was important to Rays third baseman Junior Caminero. He certainly made the most of it. With the score knotted up at five apiece in the bottom of the ninth inning, the 21-year-old rising star of the Tampa Bay Rays, Caminero, delivered quite the unforgettable moment.
