Kehlani gave an on-camera statement after Cornell University's president said the singer "has espoused antisemitic, anti-Israel sentiments."

Kehlani has denied that she is antisemitic after Cornell University bosses cancelled her concert over her pro-Palestine stance. The R&B singer, who uses she/they pronouns, was set to headline the New York university's annual Slope Day celebration on 7 May, however, her performance was cancelled last week.

"I still continue to learn from and work alongside really impactful Jewish organizers against this genocide," Kehlani said.
