An inmate — implicated in the killings of two people at the same Sacramento County prison — is now accused of a third homicide at the facility as it grapples with repeated safety concerns following a riot this week which left multiple people hospitalized.

Six inmates were allegedly stabbed in a fight at the prison, which saw an emergency response of 22 firefighters from the Folsom Fire Department.

Terrance B. Shaw, a prisoner at California State Prison Los Angeles County in Lancaster died Friday in an attack by a fellow inmate, state corrections officials said.
