Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents and Bay County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man alleged to be a Russian mafia enforcer. The arrest happened today in Panama City Beach.

Vowing to “find the bastards who did this,” Panama City Beach Police Chief J.R. Talamantez Saturday night said three people were shot in a “spring break crowd” at the city’s Pier Park.
