A paraglider escaped with no injuries after he struck a power line and fell into North Dakota's Red River.

A paraglider in North Dakota struck some power lines and crashed into the river below. Emergency crews responded and were able to pull the pilot from the water. Officials say the man didn’t see the power line because the sun obscured his vision.
