Dauphin County officials released the 911 call placed by Cody Balmer, the man accused of setting fire to Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro's residence over the weekend.

In a roughly minute-long phone call to Dauphin County 911, the man accused of setting three fires in Gov. Josh Shapiro’s official residence told dispatchers Pennsylvania’s chief executive needed to leave his family and friends alone.

The arsonist who allegedly tried to kill Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro decided to firebomb his residence because of "what he wants to do to the Palestinian people."
