Robert Irwin is heading to the ballroom. At Hulu's first-ever Get Real! event on Tuesday in Beverly Hills, California, it was announced that the wildlife conservationist and photographer would be joining season 34 of " Dancing with the Stars ." He is the first celebrity cast member announced for season 34 of "Dancing with the Stars."

Best known for being the son of late Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin, Robert Irwin is officially stepping into the limelight, and he’s doing it shirtless. Irwin, 21, is the first to join the cast of the 34th season of Dancing With the Stars.

Season 33 of “Dancing With the Stars” attracted younger viewers, earning the show’s best adults 18-34 ratings in four years. The season also culminated with the highest total viewership with 7.95 million in over three years, and broke several voting records; the teams received 32 million votes in the finale.
