ROTTERDAM, Netherlands (Reuters) -World number three Carlos Alcaraz claimed his first indoor title when he beat Australian third seed Alex de Minaur 6-4 3-6 6-2 in the Rotterdam Open final on Sunday.

Carlos Alcaraz defeated Alex de Minaur 6-4, 3-6, 6-2 in the final of the Rotterdam Open on Sunday, claiming a first indoor trophy of his career alongside titles on grass, clay and hardcourt.

Carlos Alcaraz and Alex de Minaur will headline the Rotterdam ATP 500 final today. The young Spanish champion has raised his level as the rounds go by, after having seriously risked being eliminated already on his debut against Botic van de Zandschulp.
