Tommy Fleetwood is once again atop the leaderboard at a significant event going into the weekend, this as the Englishman continues pursuing his elusive first PGA Tour win. Fleetwood fired a second-round 63 to reach 13 under and take the lead alongside Russell Henley at the midway point of the Tour Championship.

Tommy Fleetwood edged closer to a maiden PGA Tour victory at the Tour Championship in Atlanta, carding a second-round score of 63 to take a share of the lead into the weekend. The Englishman picked up eight birdies and dropped just one shot on Friday to improve to 13 under par at East Lake.

Fleetwood shot 63 Friday at East Lake while Henley had a 66. Both are at 13 under par and two shots clear of Cameron Young (62) entering the weekend.
