A prototype A110 RS clocked 7:18.77, faster than the Cayman GT4 but slower than the GT4 RS. The new RS is expected to weigh under 1,000 kg (2,205 lbs) and exceed the standard A110’s 300 hp.
Alpine says its A110 R Ultime can lap the 12.9-mile Nurburgring track in 7 minutes 15 seconds. The Ultime is 20 seconds faster than a regular R but still 6 seconds slower than a GT4 RS.
