As Hollywood week wraps up on Season 23 of “American Idol,” fans of the show are one step closer to selecting the next winner. Judges Lionel Richie, Carrie Underwood, and Luke Bryan confirmed all members of the Top 24 on Monday night’s episode of the singing competition, which showed 42 “Idol” hopefuls entering a “head to head” duet challenge.

An annual tradition on American Idol continues on Monday (April 7) – Hollywood Week, an integral part of the process of finding a winner, which has been part of the series since season 1 in 2002. But this year’s Hollywood Week is different from any previous edition, with the addition of Idol ’s first artist-in-residence, Jelly Roll.
