Buc-ee's filed a federal lawsuit for trademark infringement against Barc-ee's, a gas station in southwest Missouri.

Last December, another store eerily similar to Buc-ee's popped up in Tamaulipas, called ""LUC-KY's"." The logo for "LUC-KY's" features a raccoon as its mascot as opposed to the iconic beaver.

A Texas-based gas station and convienence store known for its friendly beaver mascot is suing yet another ... Buc-ee's has trademarked its cartoon beaver logo and a plethora of retail products.
