ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — A Delta Air Lines airplane caught fire on Monday before it was supposed to take off at a central Florida airport, forcing the evacuation of passengers, airport officials said. There were no reports of any injuries during the fire on the plane at Orlando International Airport, Delta said in a statement.

There were no initial reports of injuries in the engine fire Monday aboard Flight 1213, which was carrying 282 passengers.

There were terrifying moments onboard a Delta Air Lines flight as one of the plane’s engines caught fire, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. It happened just before takeoff on Monday morning at Orlando International Airport (MCO).
