Denton police responded to calls about gunshots heard in the 1100 block of Tallahassee Drive around 6:30 a.m. Saturday.

Two men died just days apart last summer in Denton of fentanyl overdoses, and police on Tuesday announced criminal charges for two suspects accused of supplying the victims with the illicit drug.
