Then click the Shape Outline button and select No Outline. Click the Shape Format tab and click the Text Effects button, hover the cursor over 3D Rotation, and select a 3D effect.

To load this dialog, click "Format" on the main menu and select "Shape." Click "Size" on the menu along the left side of the Format Shape dialog to view sizing and rotation settings.
