Samsung has taken a customer-centric approach by offering a free screen replacement for Galaxy Note 20 Ultra users who encountered a display issue after installing a recent software update.

This isn’t the first time consumers have reported problems with their handsets’ screens. Previously, users said that the Galaxy S21 Ultra’s display got a green line after a system update.

While they’ve generously offered a free screen replacement for an out-of-warranty Galaxy S22 Ultra and Note 20 Ultra, they haven’t extended the same courtesy to all affected devices.
