Launch Chrome on your computer, then go to the Chrome Web Store. Type "Google Docs" in the search bar at the upper right corner of the screen, then select "Google Docs" from the search results list.

To do this, open Google Chrome and go to docs.google.com. If you want to create a shortcut to a specific document, open that file.
