New Berlin that are part of the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District are suing to join the New Berlin School District.

The lawsuit accuses the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District of "attempting to find a loophole" to "silence the voices of the citizens of the 134-home petition. The loophole is John Molling.
