TNT veteran guard Jayson Castro is expected to sit out for up to one year after sustaining a full thickness patellar tendon tear, Tropang Giga manager Jojo Lastimosa said.
TNT team manager Jojo Lastimosa said the initial prognosis by their doctors based from the MRI showed that Castro may have sustained a full thickness patellar tendon tear in his right knee.
