Austin Hill got a one-race suspension for wrecking Aric Almirola, and Almirola says the hit was one of the biggest of his entire NASCAR career.

NASCAR on Tuesday suspended Austin Hill for one Xfinity Series race for intentionally crashing Aric Almirola at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Richard Childress Racing said Cup Series driver Austin Dillon will replace Hill in the Xfinity Series race at Iowa this weekend.

Austin Hill is suspended for one NASCAR Xfinity Series race for the contact between he and Aric Almirola that produced a late-race crash in the July 26 race at Indianapolis.
