North Royalton plans to resurface Abbey Road between Albion Road and just south of the Ohio Turnpike overpass later this year.

North Royalton Mayor Larry Antoskiewicz defended Police Chief Keith Tarase Tuesday against what he said were formal complaints about the chief and a lack of confidence in him.
