The Rhode Island Civil Air Patrol cadet director has been arrested for possession of child pornography. Rhode Island State Police say 69-year-old Robert Gianopoulos was taken into custody on Thursday after an investigation led troopers to his Parkview Drive apartment in Pawtucket.
