Starting June 24, the points received for using your own to-go reusable cup are changing, according to an email sent to rewards members. Starbucks is making a change to its rewards system.

Starbucks announced changes to its reward system starting in February, changing the number of "stars" customers will need to earn free menu items, including bakery goods or a drink.

The rewards are now in 25, 50, 150, 200 and 400 increments. Different numbers of stars allow you to redeem a freebie. For example, for 50 stars you now get a free hot coffee, bakery item or tea.
