Arturo Gamboa, 24, is taken away in handcuffs on a gurney and yells that he was shot during the “No Kings” protest and march in Salt Lake City on Saturday.

Gamboa, who did not fire a shot, was arrested for investigation of murder. The two “peacekeepers” were detained by police and questioned but later released without being arrested.

Redd identified the suspect as 24-year-old Arturo Roberto Gamboa, who was found with an AR-15 and a gas mask in his backpack. Two additional people were detained following the shooting.

The volunteer told police that he had seen 24-year-old Arturo Roberto Gamboa acting suspiciously before he pulled out an AR-15, according to local station FOX 13.
