A disappointing defeat for Roman Reigns at the main event of WrestleMania 41 Night 1 on Saturday left fans wondering what’s next for The Tribal Chief. A cinematic triple-threat match saw Seth Rollins claim an emphatic victory over Roman Reigns and CM Punk after Paul Heyman revealed whose side he was on after weeks of anticipation heading into the event.

It was always in the cards for Roman Reigns to enter professional wrestling and the WWE. Soon, he’ll realize his other family’s (manifest) destiny. Reigns told Vanity Fair that his current WWE contract expires after WrestleMania 2026, and not long after that, he’s going to Hollywood.

In a just published Vanity Fair profile piece, in which the Tribal Chief spoke to VF's Tom Kludt prior to this year's Royal Rumble, Roman revealed his current WWE contract status and when he's tentatively planning to call time on his in-ring career.
