Shoulder pads A fashion trend that’s considered most synonymous with the ’80s has been brought back in modern fashion.

Take for example, the recent trend of menswear for women. While the ’80s saw their first taste of masculine-style vests and jackets, they weren’t cut for women. They were cut for men.

In recent years, we’ve endured the resurrection of many 1980s staples, including skinny jeans, leggings, drop-crotch MC Hammer pants, Wayfarer sunglasses, cocaine and Andrew McCarthy.
